Jeweller's tip: Never put silver scrolls on gold earrings as it will wear poorly and it could mean your gold earrings will not fit scrolls as securely over time and become loose and require repair. Scrolls should not be swapped between different earrings as this will prematurely loosen / damage the scrolls.
